Stylespiration Spring/Summer

I’ve been diving into various magazine’s, websites and of course blogs to get a glimps of what’s hot on trend right now or what’s going to be, and I’ve collected some of the nicest streetstyle outfits from the last couple of fashion weeks. I’m totally in love with some outfits, and I really want to share them with you!

This is probably the most comfortable outfit ever. I love the jumper. The thick lace and the nude color makes it so easy and fun to style. Jumper Isabel Marant.

I mean… YEEES! I love the bag which has the colors of het outfit in it, what makes it even more of a beautiful, cool girl look. Of course, I’m a big fan of flare jeans, so this outfit can’t be missed in my favorite looks.

I just freaking love the skirt. No other words needed.

Great look for the talls gals here. The long coat is so chic, and the trousers really make the outfit.

I’m such a big fan off coats, I don’t know why. And those shoes (hearteyes)!  It’s such an effortless look, it looks so smart.

If you really know me, you know that I love khaki. It’s my favorite color for outfits. It is so cool and with that bag, it’s gorgeous! Also, the transparant heels give a nice touch too.

With a  pop of color, you can come a long way. Her matching red nails complete the whole look. Minimalistic jewelry is also a really cool detail.

Some day, I will go to a lot of fashion weeks to, but for now, I’m adoring all of the beautifull outfits I come across.
Which look is your favorite?

My favorite bloggers

When I was around 11 years old, I got interested in fashion. I just found it so fascinating to look at very artistic clothing. I watched a lot of runway shows on youtube, and I dreamed about being in the world of fashion. I got to know the word ‘blogger’. ‘But what does a blogger do?’ I thought by myself. I searched for blogs and I fell in love with the idea that you could share everything you like, for me, that’s clothing and make up and stuff like that.

I decided to start my own blog when I was 11 years old. I started with a WordPress blog. I kept it a secret, because I thought people would think that it was stupid or pointless. Only my best friend new it back then. Of course I didn’t know a lot about fashion, and I only wrote about the things I liked. I wish I could look back on that site, but unfortunately, I deleted it.

When I was 12 years old, I got familiar with Instagram. And soon I followed a few bloggers. Looking at their pictures, I knew I wanted to have my own site also. But I didn’t create a blog until I was 14 years old because I thought I was too young.

Right now I follow a lot of fashionbloggers, the majority of the people I follow on every social media form, are bloggers. I get my inspiration from them, and today, I want to share my favorite bloggers with you, who I adore for their work.

My all time favorite blogger is Kenza from She is just an amazing blogger, and I love her style. She inspires me in every way, and I love to look at her beautiful pictures.

When I was 10 years old, I also started watching youtube video’s. At first it were Dutch video’s, but later, when I actually could understand English a bit better I also started watching English video’s. I came across Sammi’s channel ‘beautycrush’. I subscribed immediatly and she became my favorite youtuber. I love her personal style, and of course her beautiful blog! She also has her own clothing line with her boyfriend Jason, called ‘Novem & Knight’

My third favorite blogger is Pauline Bossdorf from She isn’t a fashionblogger, but what she is, is an amazing food blogger who has the most gorgeous, and of course, delicious recipes. You should definitly check her out!

Another Swedish blogger, is Angelica Blick from I’ve been following her for a long time right now, and everytime I fall in love with her beautiful pictures and looks.

And last but definitly not least, Julie Sariñana from She is tha bomb with styling clothes. I love her style and she inspires me so much. And also, I love her pictures on her blog and instagram so so much, they are absolutely stunning!

Of course I adore a lot more bloggers than just 5, but if I wanted to show all, I would be going on for hours!

I hope you’ve had an amazing day, and remember, you can do and achieve whatever the heck you want, if you just put your mind to it, and stay dedicated!

Lot’s of love, Suzette X

How to style…flare jeans!

So I was thinking, what is fun to write about on monthly basis? And I suddenly came up with this idea. How to style…! This way I can show you some great outfit idea’s with one main piece.

Today it’s going to be flare jeans! I’ve fallen in love with flare jeans lately and I was thinking how I could style it. I usually search for pictures of celebs wearing a specific piece, and of course, because the flare jeans have been very popular over the pas few months, I could spot some celebrity’s wearing them.

Flare jeans are totally fashion right now. Little throwback to the 70’s! I love it, and there are so many different ways to style it.

Selena Gomez is only wearing a simple top with the jeans, whichs makes the outfit look a lot more fashionable that without the flare.

Also models wear flare jeans. If you are tall, it looks very good, it accentuates your long legs. This is a great model-off-duty look, and Karlie totally rocks this outfit. Also, this look is very simple as well!

Vanessa Hudgens loves the boho style, and it looks absolutely perfect on her. If you’re kinda into the bohemian trend, this one is very good for you! Just find a flowy blouse or as Vanessa is wearing here, a croptop, it’ll be perfect for summer!

And last but not least, if you want to go for a more sophisticated look, you can also go for a cute hat with a blouse, perfect for work!

Leave me a comment down below if you have any ideas for another ‘how to style…!” ? And maybe I will pick your’s for the next post!

How I edit my instagram pictures

Happy monday!

Today I want to show you how I edit my instagram pictures. I’m in love with photography, and I like to share my passion on the gram. I often get questions about which apps I use, and which filters, so today, I’m gonna show you!

I have a lot of apps, I really don’t know why, I’m just in for trying new ones. The one I use most is VSCO cam. It is my favorite because you can recreate your instagram feed, so you can see if I filter fits in your theme.

What filter I use, also depends on what picture I’m using. I’m choosing a random picture that I’m going to edit for you.

HB2 is my most used filter, it gives a kind of blue effect.

After that I change my brightness, with some pictures, I don’t like it to be very dark.

I also change my contrast to give my pictures some more detail.

And finally, the temperature. I normally make it look a bit more yellow. That creates some warmth.

This is how I edit most of my pictures! I hope you guys liked this, and make sure you follow me on instagram to look at all of my pictures! @suzetteadriana

MUA eyeshadow palette + whipped velvet review

A few weeks ago I purchased a new make up palette and a lipgloss from MUA (makeup academy professional). And today I’m reviewing it!

I love the colors of these eyeshadows. They are all shimmery, and there is no matte one, what I actually kind of expect of a eyeshadow palette. Even without some matte colors, you can create a nice make up look. That makes it a bit better.

These are the swatches of the upper row of shadows. I’m not really impressed about the pigmentation. As you can see, the lightest colors you can barely see, and the darker colors aren’t even that good also. I put a few layers on each color so you could see them better.

The colors of the row below are a lot more pigmented. And the colors are very buildable!

Another thing that had drawn to my attention was the smell. I really smelt like really cheap make up that you would buy when you were a small girl at a toy store…not really nice.

The texture didn’t feel good on my lips, and it wore off really quickly. The swatch on my hand is much better than on my lips. I don’t have a picture of me wearing te lipgloss, but it was really streaky. Not so cute 😦

Overall, I do like the eyeshadow palette, I could work with that, but the lipgloss just wasn’t made for me I guess. These were the first product I bought from MUA, and I’m really excited to try out other products from their collection.

2016, The New Chapter

It’s currently 10 o’clock when I’m writing this post. And 2015 is almost over…this year went by so so fast.

I’ve had moments of laughter, but also moments of sadness. 2015 was a good year, with a lot of moments I want to remember. I shared a lot of experiences with my friends and family, and I’m very happy I have them in my life and I can share it with them all. At the beginning at the year, I set some goals, and I actually don’t know if I accomplished them, but that doesn’t even matter, because I’m happy where I am now. I feel that I’ve grown as a person and I learned a lot about loyalty and acceptation. I have set a lot of goals for 2016 and a few things I want to do different this year. Maybe I will achieve them, maybe not, but either way, I will work my ass off to get where I want to be. Even if you get knocked down to the ground, and you don’t think it’s worth it anymore, get up, keep your head held high, and try again.

2016 is going to be an amazing year, I feel it. You’ll see! I hope you all have an amazing year filled with love. Maybe meet some new people, go on new adventures! I send you all my love!

Happy New Year!
